Our short-shift kit for 356B/C is finally available! Offers a 40% reduction in throw. 

Kit includes:

• Machined aluminum base plate with hardware.
• Solid, cold -formed and polished,  304 stainless steel shift lever (correctly threaded for original knob).
• Precision machined, hardened, shift  socket.
• New plastic socket bushing and shift rod bushing.  

The lever and socket are epoxy joined like the original 911 lever to avoid damage to the hardened socket. This is a complete replacement. No need to cut or modify your original shift lever. Original lever can be replaced at any time.

Installation is simple and can be done with normal hand tools. The original heater controls are still functional but the shift lock is not. It can be left in place for originality if desired.
