1962 ROADSTER

This car is an original Twin Grill Super 90 undergoing a complete restoration.  It had already been partially restored but  the work was done incorrectly. We had to completely strip the car and start over. It required a new floor and longitudinals, both frame struts,  one door bottom, both rocker panels and extensive reworking of improperly done lead repairs. All repairs were done with All Metal filler instead of lead.

After painting all panels are wet sanded with very fine paper to insure a completely
smooth and flat surface before they are machine polished.

The owner has decided to show the car at the Parade in 2002. After polishing is completed and undercoat applied, the complete reassembly to concourse specs. begins.
